TAIPEI Day 7: Yong Chun & Went Back Msia

Day 7: 永春+回家

Last day in Taipei, so sad :( We just walked around Yong Chun area and the breakfast showed below. Then, we went to Cosmed (康是美) Which is like Watsons but its much more cheaper. We spent a lot there for paper masks, make up stuff etc...in the last day but it's really worthed! After that, our owner helps to called a taxi NT100 to Taipai City Hall (台北市政府)  and then we took a bus (大有巴士) to Tao Yuen International Airport, NT150

Breakfast : noodles (黄记凉面) nearby our living area only and it is taste good!

      Thanks to our owner for the souvenirs she gave! 

Here is the memorial stamps i collected in most of the Museum, MRT Station, Train Station and Reception.
Highly advise for those who are planing to go, please bring along small notebook and get the stamps! Special thanks to my colleague who provided me with the notebook and informed me about this! :)

                        

                         

Conclusion: Please search info from internet for the places you're planning to go. I took 2 months to do research so you can save time to find out last min and the info is really helps a lot! I've enjoyed this trip and looking forward for the second visit! Wohoo~ I love Taipei!!!

TAIPEI Day 6: Shi Fen+Ferris Wheel

Day 6: 十分+美丽华百乐园+美丽摩天轮

We had the breakfast provided, healthy breakfast :D

Sandwich, watermelon and hot chocolate.

After that we checked out and moved to Shi Fen by train in Rui Fang train station. It took around 30 mins.

Reached shi Fen @12pm, P/s: check timetable from website provided earlier.

This is Shi Fen street, the railway just besides the street. you can see people putting their wishes on the lantern and fly to the sky.

After that we walked around 30 mins to Shi fen famous waterfalls (十分瀑布) (It's a very long distance)
the entrance fees is NT150 with 1 drink voucher for 20% discount. We were there for few hours.

There were few others attractions along the waterfalls. we then went back Taipei Main Station by train. It was really crowded in the train! Please don't choose weekend or holiday or after working hours. We arrived home very late at 7pm

P/S: Not recommended for budget trip

Second round dinner at famous meat ball stall (主播贡丸) just besides the Da Zhi MRT station.

Next MRT station is the Jian Nan Road,(剑南路站), we headed to the famous Ferris Wheel in Taipei! It is inside the shopping mall. It took 10 mins to finish 1 round with NT150. Besides the Ferris Wheel, there have theme park, and singer performance.


The shopping mall closed at 10++pm so we went to the ice monster to try their mango ice. It's very big portion! with an expensive price NT220 but it is delicious! There are too many people Q so we just took away and eat beside the MRT station.



TAIPEI Day 5: Jiu Fen & Jing Gua Shi

Day 5: 九份+金瓜石


We started our day 5 journey with breakfast nearby SYS Memorial Hall MRT Station, it was just a stall which sold food as below: 
there are only 3 types and we bought each of them!! :D (韭菜盒, 高丽菜盒 & 锅贴)

This is like bun with vege but its nice! but i prefer the Dumpling or Guo Tie :D

After that we moved to Taipei Main Station and bought train ticket to Rui Fang station (瑞芳站) our train was at 11.30am and reached Rui Fang Station around 12.30pm. You can check the timetable from this website: http://twtraffic.tra.gov.tw/twrail/  We then went to the the street opposite and buy some foods :P Tou Fu Fa & Rong Feng Tui (豆腐花&龙凤腿)

After having our light lunch, we waited the bus in Ding Hao supermarket (顶好超市), to Jiu Fen around 15min journey we reached Jiu Fen, we called the owner from public phone in front of 7-11. How nice it is :D A good place to relax~ 

After we settled our things there, we took bus to Jin Gua Shi around 15 min too. We visited the free museum, lots of places to go from there. We took 2-3 hours to roam around. 


                        This place is famous with gold long long time ago, now became a history.


Then we went back Jiu Fen old street shop shop and eat eat!

OMG! One of my favorite! Dong Fen (冻粉) !!! I really miss this now! <3>

 Famous "Lai Ah Po Yu Yuan" (赖阿婆芋圆)maybe because I do not really like to eat yu yuan that's why its not so special for me.

9pm Jiu Fen, a very quite street. Shops over there always close at 7-8pm

TAIPEI Day 4: Yang Ming Shan+Xin Bei Tou+Rao He Night Market

Day 4: 阳明山+新北投+淡水+饶河夜市

The fourth day breakfast in Chong Qing Dou Jiang (重庆豆浆) @Yuan Shan MRT Station

                                                 
             They call it "Bomb cake"?  炸弹饼,well recommended.

Then we stop at Shi Lin MRT Station & get Red Line bus no 5 to Yang Ming Shan (红五)


               Here is the view in Yang Ming Shan 阳明山 :) you can stop in any station and walk around.

This is the biggest and special library I've ever seen.

 After that we left Xin Bei Tou to Dan Shui (淡水) Saw green field and very nice sunset view. It's a very relaxing and enjoying feel! We tried Takoyaki there long q but really delicious and cheap! too bad i didn't took photo, busy eating XD. We also bought lots of souvenir, and snacks too.

7pm something we went back home and bought this to eat on our way back home.

Since the night was still young we decided to go to nearby night market Rao He (饶河夜市) We asked people and walked to night market around 20min. We met Hao Zi (浩子) along the way! He is cycling with his son but too bad i didn't manage to take photo with him :(

We shopped like crazy there because there were too many things to buy la..must bring more $$ to go next time! :D
See people Q so long for the food! but we didn't...lol too crazy...

We also try this "O Jian" (蚵仔煎) from Taiwan! hehe not bad

Conclusion: I've bought my 3 nephews clothes, my colleague's heel, 2 leggings, Sister family T-shirt & my Taiwan T-shirt from this night market :D (Should buy more...because i saw lots of my shoes & heels....T.T)
